· New construction, reconstruction and expansion projectshall conduct EIA

 新、改、擴建項目進行環境影響評價

·Get the Examination and Approval of EIA from competentenvironmental protection department

 取得主管環保部門的環評批復

·Pass Three Simultaneity Acceptance 通過“三同時”驗收

·Obtain discharge permit as required by local requirements 按當地要求申領排污許可證

·Meet discharge standard steadily 持續穩定達標排放

--pollution prevention facilities maintained in normaloperation, wastewater/exhaust gas/noise respect discharge limits,

should have completeCAP if exceeding the discharge limits

污染治理設施正常運行，廢水/廢氣/噪聲達標排放，若超標應做出詳細整改

--hazardous wastes should be entrusted into qualifiedorganization for treatment and should be able to provide relevant

proof documents,general solid waste should not be burned, buried or dumped without any permission, wasteinventory and

tracking systemshould be established

危險廢棄物委托有資質單位依法處理并能提供相關證明文件，一般固體廢棄物不得擅自焚燒、填埋、傾倒，應建立固體廢棄物追蹤系統

· Conduct monitoring regularly as required by local lawrequirements and should be able to provide effective monitoring
