ü child labor/underage labor童工/年齡違規

ü forced labor強迫勞工

ü prison labor監獄勞工

ü corporal punishment體罰

ü illegal transshipment非法轉運

ü discrimination 歧視

ü human rights abuses侵犯人權（虐待）

ü Bribery 行賄

ü unsafe hazardous working conditions不安全工作環境

· Existing purchase orders are cancelled 現有訂單將會被取消

·All purchase orders not shipped are cancelled  所有未裝船的貨物將會被取消

·Future purchase orders will not be placed withthis specific factory  不能接新訂單

·Supplier receives a Strike as defined in the“3 Strikes Policy” 根據“三次警告”政策，供應商獲得一次警告
