2nd STRIKE 第二次警告

· All current and future purchase orders with the supplier’sinvolved factory will be cancelled.

 該供應商的違規工廠所有現有和新訂單將被取消。

· Non-compliant products in production or unshipped fromthe violating factory will be rejected.

 違規工廠的正在生產中或未裝船的不合格產品將被拒收。

·All factories in affected countries for the supplier mustundergo an audit with an acceptable result.

該供應商所受影響國家的所有工廠必須接受沃爾瑪授權之第三方審核機構的重新評估，并且必須獲得可接受的評估結果。

· The Supplier’s factories must receive an acceptableaudit assessment. (Green, Yellow,Orange). A third Orange for a

factory mayresult in Disapproval for one year. Orange – Age Violation is NOT considered as an acceptableassessment.

該供應商所受影響的工廠必須獲得可接受的評估結果（綠色，黃色，橙色）。獲得第三個橙色的工廠會導致被凍結一年。“橙色-年齡違  規”不能作為可接受審核結果。

· Audits are at the Supplier’s expense.供應商將承擔第三方審核費用。

· Violations will be recorded on a supplier’s matrix fortwo years from the audit date, and the relevant Retail Market, Me  rchant and/orSourcing Team will be notified.

違規從審核日期起在供應商的檔案中保留兩年，并通告相關的零售市場，采購和業務。

3rd STRIKE第三次警告

· If at any time Walmart, at its sole discretion,determines that a pattern and practice of non-compliance exists,

Walmartwill terminate its businessrelationship with a supplier. All current andfuture purchase orders for thesupplier in

violation of this policy will becancelled. Non-compliant merchandise in production or unshipped willbe rejected.

任何時候如果沃爾瑪認為供應商有重復嚴重違規現象，沃爾瑪有權單方面終止與該供應商之間的合作。違規的供應商現有的和計劃的訂單將被取消，生產中或未裝船的不合格產品將被拒收。

· NOTE: Multiple instances of non-compliance of the sameStandard may, at Walmart’s discretion, be treated asindividual

offenses and result in multiple and simultaneous strikes. This may alsoresult in Walmart terminating its business relationship with a supplier.

提示：沃爾瑪擁有決定權對重復嚴重違反相同沃爾瑪標準的供應商作出處理。其違規將被視為供應商的單方面行為，并因此得到多次警告。這也可能導致沃爾瑪終止和供應商的合作關系。
